Capabilities
What Xavier can do
right now.
Not a roadmap. Not a vision deck. These are live, working features you can use today.
Agent Engine
Say anything. It figures it out.
Xavier Systems AI doesn't run scripts — it thinks. Give it any task and it autonomously decides which tools to use, in what order, and how many times. 18 system-level tools. Autonomous reasoning. No pre-programming required. Ask it to find your largest folder, organize files by date, draft an email, or anything else you can imagine. If it can be done on a Mac, Xavier can do it.
Form Fill
Fill out any application in seconds.
Drop your resume into the chat. Tell it to fill the form. Xavier reads your resume, scans every field on the page — then fills 34+ fields in under 5 seconds. Text inputs, dropdowns, checkboxes. The AI reads and verifies each field as it goes. Ready for your review before you submit.
Web Control
Control the entire web through conversation.
Navigate to any site. Type into any input. Click any button. Send messages. Submit forms. Search Google. Log into accounts. Xavier injects commands directly into the browser DOM — not simulated clicks, not screenshots. Real, instant control over every website you visit.
Desktop Apps
Every app on your Mac. One interface.
Open Photoshop and apply a gradient. Switch to Finder and move files. Jump to Xcode and build. Go to Notes and write. Xavier reads every button, menu, and field through the macOS Accessibility API — the same system Apple built for VoiceOver. No pixel guessing. No screenshots. It sees what you see.
Photoshop
Design through conversation.
Build designs step by step — "create a document," "add a gradient," "add text centered," "change font to Futura," "make it bigger." Or do it all in one shot. Type @ to browse every font on your Mac with live previews. Change fonts, sizes, colors, and text on existing layers without starting over. 20+ operations. No Photoshop skill required.
Web Intelligence
Visit any site. Turn it into a document.
Say "go to anthropic.com, read the page, and make me a report comparing them to us." Xavier navigates Chrome to the URL, reads the entire page, sends it through Claude for analysis, generates a formatted multi-page document in your chosen format — PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or CSV — and saves it to your Desktop. Every web search response includes numbered source citations.
Rich Artifacts
Comparisons, charts, and reports — inline.
Ask Xavier to compare anything and get a styled HTML comparison table rendered right in the chat — like Claude.ai's artifacts. Bar charts, pie charts, line charts generated as inline SVGs. Tables with colored badges, section headers, metrics. Say "save this as a PDF" and it converts through the full document pipeline. Every artifact is interactive and expandable.
Workflows
23 workflows. 9 categories. One click.
Sales call briefs, interview prep, expense analysis, client reports, proposals, contracts, competitive intel, lead scoring, real estate CMAs, resume screening, invoice processing — 23 workflow tabs across 9 categories, all with multi-format export. Mass email with attachments across Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail. Mass iMessages from your address book. Calendar events in one click.
Multi-Format Export
PDF. Word. Excel. PowerPoint. CSV.
Every workflow supports five output formats. Choose your format before generating — the button updates, the file generates in that format, and email attachments send in whatever you picked. Real OOXML files — not renamed HTML. Professional output, every time.
Intelligence + Vault
Drop a document. Get answers.
Upload every contract, report, and brief into your Vault — they're stored locally, always there when you reopen the app. Search across all of them at once. Summarize any document. Compare two side by side. Create Projects — dedicated workspaces with custom instructions and uploaded files that persist across sessions. Your documents never leave your machine.
Conversation Mode
Chat like a normal AI. Then control your Mac.
Ask Xavier any question and get a detailed, conversational answer — just like Claude or ChatGPT. 20 messages of context. Full conversation history. Then seamlessly switch to desktop control, web research, or document generation in the same chat. No mode switching. No separate apps. One interface for everything.
Background Tasks
Hand it off. Walk away. Come back to results.
Toggle "Hand off" mode and queue multiple tasks. Xavier runs them in the background while you keep working — switch tabs, start new chats, do other things. Get a macOS notification when each task finishes. Results appear in chat and in the Tasks dashboard. Rerun any task with one click.
Silent Research
Google anything. No browser needed.
Say "google Xavier Lampkin and let me know" and get a detailed research summary in seconds — without the browser opening, without Chrome being hijacked, without any visible action. Xavier fetches search results silently via HTTP and has Claude summarize them. Like how ChatGPT searches the web, but built into your desktop.
Scheduled Tasks
Set it. Forget it. It runs.
Create a task once — "Get me the top tech news every morning" — and Xavier runs it automatically. Every hour, every day, every weekday, or every week. It searches, reads, summarizes, generates a PDF report, and saves it to your Desktop. You wake up to finished work.
System Control
Control your entire Mac through conversation.
"Turn off sleep mode." Done. "Set volume to 50%." Done. "Enable dark mode." Done. Xavier controls 50+ system settings through direct shell commands and AppleScript — no clicking through System Settings. Sleep, brightness, volume, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Dock, Finder preferences, hot corners, and more.
Markets
Prediction markets. Live data. AI analysis.
A full prediction market terminal built into Xavier. Live Polymarket data — real-time odds, volume, and liquidity for every market. Real-time crypto prices. Ask Xavier to analyze any market and it searches for recent news, correlates events with price movement, and gives you actionable recommendations.
Safety
Power without risk.
A 4-tier safety system classifies every action before it executes. Destructive commands get blocked. Risky operations require confirmation. Sensitive fields are automatically redacted. Your API keys never leave your device. Everything runs locally — Xavier is a local-first platform, not a cloud service.
